Visitor parking restrictions
We have limited visitors parking. For this reason, our visitor parking is exclusively for the use of bona fide visitors. Owners, their tenants and family members occupying a unit should not park in the visitors parking.
To ensure we have sufficiently available visitors parking for all, you must register your car for all visits, no matter how long you are visiting.
For daytime visits, register 1 day. For overnight parking, we have set a parking limit:
- visitors can only park up to 3 nights in a row.
- visitors cannot park more than 10 nights in any given month.
Note that parking time periods are from 6:29am to 12pm the same day OR 6:31am to 12pm the following day. They are NOT 24 hours from your registration time.

Limited mobility visitor parking
Please note as well that the first parking space on the left is reserved for people with reduced mobility. Any car parked in this spot without a valid handicap permit may be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
Violation to parking rules

Parking registration
Our visitors parking is monitored by Carleton Parking.
Anyone parking in the visitors parking must register their car to avoid being ticketed or towed. You or your guest can register your visitor’s car by clicking on the button below.
You will be required to provide:
- The visitor’s licence plate number
- The unit and building (85 or 95) being visited
- The intended duration of your stay (register 1 day if you are not staying overnight)
