While we do our best to keep cost low, maintaining and keeping our complex in good repair and working order cost money. Owners must pay their pro-rated share, every month, to ensure that we have the funds to meet our financial obligations and keep things running smoothly.

Please complete and submit the form below to authorize the corporation to automatically withdraw your common expenses. You will need to upload a copy of a void cheque. Payments will be withdrawn on a monthly basis, on the first of the month (or the next business day).
