Information required

Any owner entering into, renewing or terminating a lease must notify the corporation of this within 10 days. This is true as well when there is a change of occupancy.

When entering into a lease, we require the following:

Lease summary (Form 5)

Owner resident information

Tenant undertaking form

Short-term tenancies

Short-term tenancies, transient use or hotelling of any kind is not permitted at the Gardens. Leases must be of a minimum duration of 6 months.
