Welcome to The Gardens!

The Gardens is a condo community located in the heart of downtown Ottawa. Built in 2004/2005 by award-winning Charlesfort, the two Art Deco towers offer style, convenience and a taste of luxury to their occupants. This complex was Charlesfort’s very first iconic landmark in Ottawa’s skyline.

Only steps away from Parliament Hill, many restaurants and several national museums, our complex stands on a promontory overlooking the Ottawa River, the parkway, its parks and the Gatineau Hills in the distance. This gives us amazing sunsets in a secluded and quiet setting.

The Gardens is comprised of two distinct condo corporations sharing common amenities. Each of the towers houses 82 spacious luxury residential units. Occupants have access to a fitness room, an amenity room, an underground garage, the urban oasis of its unique private courtyard and generously landscaped surroundings.

On this website, owners and residents will find information on the affairs of both condo corporations and will be able to book amenities and other services.
